If there is something called HIRE and FIRE, it is here. You can never imagine despite all the great work, they'll call you and say, please go your services are not required and immediately disable your accesses while you're on the call. Not only that, 30% of your salary is your variable, they deduct it to 100% for as good as 1 mistake. Company and the management of this company is heartless because they follow such a dirty process like hiring more and more candidates when the work pressure in high and in other hand laying off the experienced as well as newly joined people without any sense just saying that they are no longer required since company is currently slowing down. 2. Work pressure is utmost high i.e you have to simply forget your personal life and become a servant of the company by by selling your self respect. 3. If you have the quality to be in good list of management people (community doesn’t allows to use any bad words but if you’re smart enough you’ll surely know what I mean) then you would be safe and appreciated over here but if not then be ready to be fired at any time. 4. Lastly, be ready to be a robot because you’ll never see a happy workplace, appreciative things which will motivate you to work over here. 5. All of sudden without any prior notice they will just fire you. No humanity left. Zero job security. Even though you are giving your best in a most unexpected way they will remove you. Salary. Bonus which they have also stopped from this year 2022. Direct communication with the Management.

No job security. No work and life balance. Not approving planned holidays. Sandwich leaves policy. Salary on 7th of every month. I hate there floor policy to sit alone and no conversation from the colleagues at all In night shift only boys. No Transport facilities.
