Great place to work. Good people. Good culture and working relationships. May not be the best in terms of work life balance. Highly Recommended to you all for sure guys. XL dynamics is the best.

Training will not be given. Have to learn on their own. HR will never be supportive and Depend on boss your growth. Some long stayed heads of department are settled so difficult to elevated. GET are given preferences.

Campus of this company is really good . You will find a greenery everywhere because yes Godrej aim is to keep it 'Good and Green'. Staff is very helpful. This is a great workplace to start your career. The management is fair and provides equality.

Pathetic work environment, you will get fire on silly reasons, there nothing for employees betterment, they don't pay you well.

There is no training program for any trainee, No Skill development program, old culture, old system, Plant don't have a single good pc to work on, Less educated staff as usual in every Sugar Industry.
