Work-life at XL Dynamics: hire candidate, send them for training, terminate and repeat. They will terminate you with some nonsense reason. For (eg.)Talking to another candidate.I have worked their for 1 year and don't no the name who is sitting next to me

There is no HR in this company, there are some agents who calls themselves as HR, make rules which is only beneficial to the company, salary looks good on paper, on paper they will say 3.5l Ctc, they will deduct 7000Rs monthly, in the name of security, if you ask why, they will say its company policy, if you want to work then you have to follow the policy, otherwise leave
