They are honest in salary. payment on time as per your work

There is only one brain in the company, which reside at the top. The Software Development Manager in India acts more like a postman, often losing important information when passing it on to the team. He doesn't know anything but behave like "Chai se Ketli Garam hai". Moreover, the Software Development Head in the USA doesn't want the Indian team to work on their main project. Despite knowing this, Indian management continues to hire and handover person to the Indian Postman.
