The environment is relaxed. Though it totally depends on the kind of role you are working on. It is booming with great opportunities to learn and grow your inter personal skills. People are approachable and helpful.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
