Working with WNS is really a tough job to do... that's why there is no likes in anything

Dislikes

Work-life balance is not present Biased management everywhere No employee centric perks available Cafeteria and staffs are completely unhygienic Supervisors are completely illiterate and don't even know how to stand on their own words No app available for cab tracking and even no safety for girls in cab No fun friday, activitiesNo job security and even completely negative environment among management...Read More

Dislikes

salary is very low they provide you only 12k to 15k, negotiate as you can otherwise you will dissatisfied your job, because no matter how much benefits they provide you overall salary will run you households expenses.

Work Details

Work policy: when senior management want to give you wfh they can and they want to ask you to come office you have to reach office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
