Good working environment and teammates are very supportive. The management is transparent. Hike and bonus provided by the company every year are good and fair.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
