The company is not at all employee centric. Management in Ops & training is worst. A girl raised POSH on her manager just to get promotion, the manager was terminated even without investigation. POSH committe needs to get POSH training

Only worst experience: HR saying Do Not Waste time if we want to discuss something. we cannot share or tell anything if we face any issues. HR and Manager are Chaddi-Baddi friends. The Process Centric is the worst. We can give 10 hours extra no will come and tell you a good job. But if you have 1 min deficit they will tell you We are not doing charity leave this Job.

I have the worst experience in the PRocess called "Centrica". We were been told By Manager and the Team LEader multiple times that WNS is not doing charity so leave thejob. Who does that.
