Been here for 5 yrs now, learned a Lott of the domain which I'm a part of, work life balance is sorted (depends on your client actually, more than the company).

I got good increment for the first year and that's it, COVID hit and after that the increments were pathetic, I had literally nag after them for the promotion. They have these monthly incentive/bonus which ranges from 1500 to 6000 pm, of which they always show 6000 pm on your CTC which no one has got till now (subtle fraud), They used to have nice culture with picnics, activities which all stopped in COVID. And worst is the hiring policy, they wait till someone has left the company to start looking for a replacement......Read More
