Good for new joiners, so that they can learn and build experience. However, since a career buildup stage u will have to compromise much. Especially no work life balance. Targets are high due to which limited opportunity to concentrate on skill development or leanings. Lack of growth and development and others factors overall resultsin work dissatisfaction. But someone who is at an initial stage, it is not wrong to compromise few to build career, so i recommend for freshers....Read More
