Career Advice

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks.

My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. 
With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.

Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?

I’ve finally found a great manager. I used to think all managers were the same...demanding, controlling, and hard to please. But then I switched jobs and met my current boss. She actually listens to us, respects our time..no calls after 7 pm, and encourages mental health days when needed. Last week, she surprised the team with personalized thank you notes for our hard work on a project. It was a small gesture but made a big difference in morale. Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. 
Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. 

My PF alone will cover 80C
Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS
My HRA is around 25K per month (300000)
Health insurance for family 28000
Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately)
I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
