Nothing here to like. HR, Manager, ADM they don't care of you. If you are from support team they are just used you and through. They are not thinking the Wipro brand . HR are very worst. They are don't care of employees..! No hike no appraisal , no bonus, no work culture. When came time of appraisal or veriable Wipro always in loss . But other time Wipro always in profit. They can donate lots of money but they can't spend money on own employees how earn the money actually....Read More

I believe it's common in all IT infra the work balance, especially during work from home. Less award and rewards ie; for best engineer in quarter the award will be just Rs. 1000/- This needs to improve.
