It's bench policy is very bad and sometimes feeling insecure, if you will not get project with in 45 days after one project over, you will be on LOP for 90 days then company will kick you out.

Learning is good in wipro. They conducting various sessions, induction kind of classes to upskill ourselves. Helping to write costly exams by providing vouchers.

Dislikes

Salary was same as other IT services companies. And salary growth rate was decent when compared to other service companies.

To much workload nothing to gain our knowledge such poor management system toxic work culture overtime working without money no one going to appreciate for your work and giving bonus just for their safety so after living we have to return that bonus to wipro again

If you're fresher you will have time to up skill yourself. Some practice management is good but most of them have their own rules to play with your life beside company policies . If you're experienced you need to be in project if not they will give you 45 days time after they try to terminate on bases of lack of skill some managers will force you to resign.

Salary and promotions if you're a fresher and elite batch then you will get retention bonus instead of hike based on rating. Those bonuses will have 2 years bond. This amount keep on increasing even your 3 months notice period salary is not enough to compensate company when you resign if you are not paying back you will not get experience letter . I'm working for the organization from last 2.5 years, still didn't got an hike in my salary. Still I'm working on 3.5 LPA salary. I have upgraded my skills and also completed various certification that are required, still not use. Really disappointed by this behavior.

Transportation is very bad. The pickup is coming 2 hours early, which reduces our rest time, and the drop-off is delayed by 2 hours, making the workday even longer. Also, the drivers often take the wrong route, increasing the travel time. Since we’re already working 14-hour shifts, this is adding to the fatigue and affecting productivity. Please look into this and help resolve it soon.

Hike percentage, reffered hike, there is no encouragement/credits for the work which we do Doesn't care about employees in bench. Even if projects aren't there they need you to get into a project or within 30 days you would be relieved from work

Upskill tie ups are good.

Dislikes

HRs won't cares about you are alive or dead. No help arrives on your need. No one responds if you raise a helpline ticket and wait for eternity. Even if you got good appreciation and award recommendations from client your promotion is based on certifications you pursue which is a reason to provoke your promotion. Salary hike is a joke.

Nagative points: hike and career growth. Why I am saying carrer growth, Managers and Tl have their favourite employees so they choose them first. If you have good performance still they will not look in to this. They choose only their favourite employees. Coming to hike, it's very less.
