You will be enabled all the necessary tools to upskill, and express ourselves and get promoted easily if we show the skillset

Pay scale is very less compared to the others in market, we wont get much of benefits, no one time msi, hike will varies between 3% - 7% on average

Good for learning and development. Provides ample opportunity to freshers for completing certification and gaining knowledge.

Dislikes

Management is worst. Despite having knowledge on amy particular tower you will get assigned to opposite skill required projects and asked to gain knowledge. No Salary hikes. No appraisals. Total discrimination with nort and South guys. South Indian managers just favor their region employees and provide them all kind of opportunities even without any talent.
