i was fortunate to work under a good team who cares each other as a big family.for that reason all things were taken care with a give and take policy. Mangers had the freedom to execute what is right for the team and organization as a whole and trust played a key role. It was for that reason ; i could spend 9 prime years of my life with Wipro Infotech.
