If you want your career to grow please don't join here. This company is not for MBAs. They have very limited roles for MBA people, like presales, strategy etc. nothing else. I am most disappointed by senior management they are just bunch of people who doesn't want to work, are very lazy and very inefficient. They are just not intelligent enough. My manager is the dumbest person I have every worked with. Work life balance is a myth in this company, I don't know who spread this rumor. You are always loaded with some useless work but you are not leaning anything so eventually you are wasting your time. And the increment is so poor, very poor.
