Not even conducting any programmes for any Indian festival so it lacks in good environment. Not even getting any government leaves due to Australia projects, so more tired of working 9.5 hours for everyday. No promotion and not even getting good appraisal from the management So after seeing all these if any interested join then it's there own risk

There is no management in wipro. You cannot identify who is your HR. Only project specific management are there and they ruin employee life.. They didn't take you any leave and public holiday and client holidays. In every steps they interfare and ruin you work balance. No promotion no Increment. Literally everything. They will deduct your salary in the name of cost cutting. Your managers will as you to work overtime without pay. You have to keep buttering your Leadership team for promotion. I've seen people working for 12 years without zero promotion and they were more than worthy of the promotion.

Working at Wipro has been a mixed experience. As a Senior Software Engineer, I’ve had the opportunity to work on large-scale projects like Inventory Normalization and RH Fuse, which have helped me grow technically in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. The exposure to enterprise-level problem-solving is definitely a plus.

One of the biggest issues I’ve faced with Wipro is the Full & Final (F&F) settlement process. Despite returning my laptop at the office, they deducted the laptop charges in my F&F. It seems they misplaced it somewhere, and now it has become a heavy task for me to resolve this. Till now, I haven't received any resolution, and it’s frustrating to deal with such mismanagement. Everyone is treated equally and respectfully which shows a great culture Job security is there as we have not seen anyone kicked out of company but the company might create circumstances where you leave on your own, by not promoting or not providing appraisal. Hybrid work culture is good anyone below manager level needs to come to office for 2 days in a week which really helps.

Salaries are below average, I have seen freshers working for 17k per month even if they get promoted after a year or two they would get a maximum increase of 20 percent which would make their fixed component somewhere near 21k which is really less in this time. Appraisals are always single digit ileven if you are a top performer youwould get nothing more than a 8 percent. There is multiple hierarchy of managers and leads. Nobody even know what we are doing for clients. Some managers are so dumb that they doesn't even know who our clients are. Still they get to decide on our appraisals and promotions.
