The main pros of working in a MNC like Wipro is you don't have to worry about the job security. They won't fire as like any other startups. So the job security is the major an only plus point.

My review is completely based on my personal experience so take this review in that way. I joined Wipro as Software Engineer. There are two part of Wipro 1. Wipro Ltd. 2 . WHRS(Wipro HR services). The overall career growth in Wipro Ltd is good. But when it comes to WHRS management is very poor. The complete WHRS is working for a client that is ALIGHT. It is US based company. The major projects of this part is kind of maintenance. They can throw you one project to another without even asking your prev. Exp or knowledge base.
