In small DC's work culture are quite different than bigger Dc's which odd and quite depressing this needs to be changed

It's quite interesting I had a hard time in the beginning and then settle down well. I did my training but it is not that much helpful. I got chance to wear multiple hats and get a taste of different roles within same team.
