Nothing my bad joined without any proper guidance or any background checks, no proper communication in the company from beginning till I joined the company its been just a month im so pissed that I want to switch to other company. There is no training at all no assessments if you have an experience in BPO then you all set to go and ready to take chats. They hire Students for contract who work for them like robots and experience guys are aware of MNC culture and some may quit the job but some may have personal problems who just want to be quite and they accept the unprofessional behavior from the organization...Read More

There is no proper training session, I worked for a month I dont who my lead is I dint had a quality session. The people are not aware of floor etichs and the supervisor are one who joined the organization just two months prior to us, I work for Anthem project in hyderabad theres a guy name Ankit Gupta he joined the company two months before then me and he gave hands of experience in service desk. So he was made a trainer which make no nense his such fiminist who always solves females issue and everytime chew gutka and speaks in the session has if we wont realize what his doing. Unprofessional behavior and language is been used by him dont know why Indian MNC companies like Tech Mahindra, Wipro, TCS why these big companies treat the employees like slave why dont they have diverse culture like Amazon, cognizant, Infosys and etc. Why Indians MNC encourage this behavior in their firms? The HR is not aware of this conspiracy and there is no proper macro economics in this Indian MNC there is a saying in Hindi naam bade aur darshan chotte. This bullying and harassment needs to be stop in this Indian MNC firms I'm working from home and my wifi bill is 1250rs and they will only pay 350rs for my wifi bill and I claimed it last month and this is the second month still the claim status is in progress. Kya bolna bhai Onboarding HR are from Mumbai they act like actress hr sagar had a poor communication he thinks himself as sharuk khan waste of time taking about these companies we work because everyone have financial or personal problems these peoples take advantage of our problems and they act smart with us. Need to stop this culture because I worked with us and Philippines they were down to earth no ego nor attitude but this chaprase cross limits aur apne aukath ma nahi rethey chindi log le vajje se purra companies ka naam kharab hora for incentives and appraisal from clients they destroy happiness and spoil the mood of their employees cheap management...Read More
