Transport Facility Friend Circle, bcs everyone facing same situations.

Politics, no growth for working peoples, need to have politics person or have to be a spy. Work culture and management is very bad. Too toxic culture. No experience certificate. Only they provide relief letter after resign, which have mentioned as only the joining and releasing date. No personal life. Zero GROWTH Everything is bad. Employee with 4 yrs experience still doing same work or project shift, but a spy or connected insider person get promoted every year with incriment. Person with other backgrounds with zero knowledge managing the medical device cases, results huge amount of wrong entry of cases. Too toxic condition. You will be governed by most of the non medical management if you are going to join medical field in Wipro. Have to work like labour. No leaves in holiday.
