You will get to learn a lot - As the work and data are unorganized, you will have no choice but to go deep and understand from the root. This might be a bit hectic but this indirectly will make your roots strong. No Work Life Balance- Wipro with a constraint of budget, is not able to retain or hire as much as needed, and in turn, it is exhausting the bandwidth of the existing employee, literally making them work for 2 people's activities, but in the same salary. That gradually makes you exhaust your time. No recognition- Keeping the above point in mind, you cannot expect a promotion or growth with great ratings just because you did the work of 2 resources. Its the question of what you did more. Even if you do more, there is a policy of giving 5 out of 5 starts to maximum if 8 % employee and 4 starts out of 5 to 10-15 %. Gradually majority of the population fall in 3 out of 5 stars rating with a increment of 10 % to max of 15% (maybe a slight more). Not employee Friendly- On a personal experience and my connect with piers, I have seen the pillars of the company who stayed for many years have left the organization just because of excessive workload or poor work culture and recognition and still Wipro didn't even try to make them stay because of the budget constraint and the new joinees and whatever left piers and not satisfied with the work culture and eventually leading them to switch. We have a great CEO but the somewhere or the other, Wipro's work standard feels a little labour-ish and doesnot cope up with the current market culture and more importantly the disconnect that the employees are starting to feel in this organization....Read More

Thw work culture is great. All the staffs are very friendly. You will experience homely atmosphere in Wipro. And there are also a lot of learning opportunities. Wipro helped us complete our PG from top universities.

Dislikes

The only thing I dislike is that there is no proper arrangement for rotation.

There is a differentiation politics of CA and non-CA in Finance, no matter how good you work but you are never gonna get good salary

Politics and work culture for Non-CA especially MBA, is toxic and are required to be available anytime
