I had worked in Wipro for 10 years of my career. In the first few years of career , I got some support for my development and compensation hike as well. But las 5 years have been totally mess.

Appraisal system in company is just a fraud system. No one really cares how much work has been done by employee, it finally depends on wish of Manager or senior heads to decide who they want to give which rating. Your work contribution has no value. Many old timers senior employees behave like LALA like it is their own company and dont treat employees properly. There are excuses and lies , nothing else.
