Friendly colleagues, Customer aligned leaders. No empathy for internal employees

Poor approach to pre sales and RFP submissions. siloed internal organisation. Management looks only at customer billing and least bothered at issue resolution where operational model is incorrect. Delivery leaders on ground are left to manage till the project lasts.
