I have LWD coming after 3 days but I have no offer so I asked hr to revoke my resignation.now he said me to withdraw from portal but I'm still giving some interviews and waiting for result so now how should I ask hr that till when is the deadline to accept the withdraw from portal ?? Desktop work - It is one of those company who give desktop to work , even when you are wfh Technology - They take me as automation tester but give me only manual work , so technology is not good Management -I have 4 manager in wipro but of no use , they dont care about your issues , no one solve your issues , they dont have time to listen to your issue also .

No lay off compare to other companies. Many opportunities to learn new technologies.

Will be asked to move to different domain if there is no project for Seniors. Will loose the continuity. More politics when you work at offshore from Management and onshore guys.
