Dislikes

Respect and value for the employees have deteriorated drastically by some mid level employees & senior leaders are not reviewing and taking any actions for the grass root level issues. Newly hired employees with less talent are given more values in terms of salary and band

Is 34 LPA CTC good enough for a 8yrs of experienced candidate?

Wipro made me an offer of almost 34LPA (30.6L (FP) + 10% (VP)) for the Tech Lead position in the B3 Band. I have eight years of experience overall, including six years of relevant expertise in the functional side of Oracle EBS SCM and two years in the core field side as a purchase engineer. My current CTC is 26.5 LPA, which includes 2.4L(VP) and 24L(FP). Is it worthwhile to leave my current organisation and take a reasonable walk? Also, If I try, will I get more than the offered CTC? Looking for the valuable suggestions?
