I feel terrible these days. I have given all my efforts but still nobody f+ing cares. It's the degree which you bring matters here rather than what outcome you've producing. Totally disappointed. I really wish that i didn't choose this company.

Everything. I thought my delivery manager is my closest but i was wrong. Everyone is same. I really want to leave this company as soon possible. I am doing big task and talking with business directly and doing all the task. Still some freaking people from support getting 70+k salary for doing nothing but monitoring a robot (just because he has some experience) whereas i am building the thing and doing all the work. But i am bound to 14k salary because i don't have that btech degree or that experience level. So much unexpected unfairness....Read More
