Only good thing about wipro BPS is the atmosphere of the workplace. Calm and isolated out of city and wipro is employee friendly when it comes to policy.

Dislikes

Only one way cab is provided, hike will not be provided based on your performance, if you are having a good relationship with your manager then you can get both promotion and hike without contribution., night shift allowance is low, there is no proper channel to monitor the individual performer within the team
