Their rigour in upskilling employees, proving certifications by patterning with providers, acknowledgment of work, growth and variety of opportunities.

Dislikes

Only thing that I believe they should work on is giving good percentage of increment. If you are promoted you should get atleast 30 to 35% hike instead of 14%. Or if you are getting 4 or 5 star in appraisal you should get at least 20% hike instead of mere 8% Apart from this all is awesome here.
