Dear Wipro Team , Even after completion of 1 year Project manger not ready to move to company payroll from 3rd party payroll on client location. On client location employees who works on 3rd party payroll doesn't get any benefits and some mangers like Vijaya A not even provide opportunities to employees to grow and learn more things.

The test which they are arranging ,, i had been given 2 test but did see any results ,may be m working as third party, but still wipro had hired me its been 3 years i didnt got any increment

Mainly, I liked the culture of Wipro where employees can work with dignity and respect. Each and every employee has been treated equally. No disrespect and no discrimination. Career growth at Wipro technologies is like everyday you learn something new.

Dislikes

Salary increment is very slow and work pressure is very high. There's no overtime pay for employees which is bit disappointing.

My work at Wipro was as I was network engineer, and I was skilled and trained in network management in my training period. So, I have to manage the network path and installation of softwares.
