Dislikes

No promotions and salary hikes. After working hard for years you won't get a nice package.

And also they tagged you for the project but not given the work and simply saying not vaccancy and worst location constraint is there also for freshers if your lucky you got work you will survive other wise worst no growth for the career.

Transportation is very bad. The pickup is coming 2 hours early, which reduces our rest time, and the drop-off is delayed by 2 hours, making the workday even longer. Also, the drivers often take the wrong route, increasing the travel time. Since we’re already working 14-hour shifts, this is adding to the fatigue and affecting productivity. Please look into this and help resolve it soon.

I like about wipro the most is reachability to leadership team. Here in Wipro work culture is amazing. I am enjoying my current role which SMU BFM of Benelux Region.

Okay i don't know about others cities but wipro kolkata literally worse, have you seen there interview area !!! So dirty and Mosquito and all , their interviews takes literally 10 damn hours... The HR around, assessment tests and the ops round... Knowingly they take such long time probably they have to keep their job as well, waste of time... Even tho you passed the two rounds the final ops round HR especially that christan bald dude who's probably not very attentive listener and help will gonna ask one questions multiple times will gonna reject you cause lack of communication skills..... like i already worked in a MNC and my previous company work culture are way better than yours.... Hrs team for this project acts like they own the company and has ego issues... Wipro really needs fix the voice process HR team, probably most unprofessional one and also it would be great if they clean their interviews area.....Read More

If you are lucky enough, Then you may get good project and team,. Since Wipro is a service based organization, So you could not expect much. I am from Automotive domain. In my case i was lucky get good project with so much learning scope.

1.Salary is below the market. 2.If you are working from client location god bless you then. 3.Promotion are baised. 4.No worklife balance. 5. No Travel allowance and food allowance. 6. Unnecessarily come to office if you are on bench. 7. Not at all employee friendly. 8. There are many more points i want to write but it could be catastrophic for me.
