Nothing.. it’s the worst company I have ever part of.

Management is very bias and they only promote employees those are on their favour. Worst micro management. They didn’t allow you to take breaks. And expect to work 24/7. And they put you on Bench whenever manager decides. Increments given to only favourites employees.

Work culture, Micro Management, Politics in between team members. Before joining it was clearly mentioned that we have only 5 day's of working i.e. Monday to Friday but after joining Saturday also working with 250 rupees of overtime of entire day.
