The list is long but these are currently top of my head: 1. Low salary package comparing to job responsibilities expected from you. 2. Long working hours daily, I have worked countless weekends with no overtime pay. 3. No job security, if you don't have a project, you will be asked to leave. Managers are expected to create pipelinesbut they will put that responsibility on you. 4. Managers don't care of your career growth, because they are busy building their career and working hard to save their job. 5. Transportation is very bad. The pickup is coming 2 hours early, which reduces our rest time, and the drop-off is delayed by 2 hours, making the workday even longer. Also, the drivers often take the wrong route, increasing the travel time. Since we’re already working 14-hour shifts, this is adding to the fatigue and affecting productivity. Please look into this and help resolve it soon.

HRs won't cares about you are alive or dead. No help arrives on your need. No one responds if you raise a helpline ticket and wait for eternity. Even if you got good appreciation and award recommendations from client your promotion is based on certifications you pursue which is a reason to provoke your promotion. Salary hike is a joke.

If you are lucky enough, Then you may get good project and team,. Since Wipro is a service based organization, So you could not expect much. I am from Automotive domain. In my case i was lucky get good project with so much learning scope.

1.Salary is below the market. 2.If you are working from client location god bless you then. 3.Promotion are baised. 4.No worklife balance. 5. No Travel allowance and food allowance. 6. Job security. Even if your project is ended they will put you on bench with some paid time to search for project within wipro or opportunities outside wipro.

Dislikes

No diwali gifts, no parties, no increment and a lot of politics in some project. TL and business analyst are taking free salary in some projects. Diverting all their works on other team members and missing requirement in business analysis.
