Wipro is my first IT company, I joined during the pandemic and worked remotely for 2 years and later I was called to the office in a hybrid model, when I started working from the office in Banglore I met a few leaders in Wipro in person and had insights on how Wipro emerging the AI and become top leader again in IT Industry.

Skill development - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

I felt Wipro needs to improve its management point of view, there's no transparency.

Onsite Remote Work Clarification

Hi All, My Husband is working in another company and he is about to receive an onsite opportunity to US on L1 visa. My question is can I stay with my husband there in US and work remotely for Wipro India? Is that allowed? Or there is some process for this? Like what kind of approval is required ?
