Well, never trust Wipro BPS as they hire blindly before even they grab any project. I was hired for Royal Bank of Scotland AML/KYC project. After joining i came to know they were unsuccessful in grabbing the RBS deal. So somehow they put me into other deal and it went for 13 months. When the project got over management directly told us start looking outside, hence there is no job security.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

If you are good to people obviously people will be good to you. There is no job security in Wipro BPS. No work life balance.

Work Details

Work is hectic as the management will agree whatever client will ask to deliver without even giving second thought that it is possible in realistic way.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
