Wipro is an Institution but lot of benefits for employees and timely prosessing of payment and claims and on time without any delay but working on different projects does not allow work life balance and you do not have any dedicated manager and HR to reach as per your region they keep changing so you never meet them.

Dislikes

They block your attendance and all benefits with mywipro portal if you do not complete assessment and trend next online exams and some mandatory courses which are of no use in practical scenario.
