Hi everyone, this is karthick am very sorry to telling you but this is truth , this covid time wipro move to bench for 500 people this time not correct bcoz everyone knows this time very hard to survey but wipro organization they are not thinking employees family . This is very bad kind of Approaching.

Hi friends, I have 4 offers. One from Accenture with 30 lpa with 5% variable, Capgemini with 31 but with 10% variable, CTS with 33.5 with 50k variable and Wipro with 30 and 10% variable. Which one should I go for? I have a total of 10 years of experience in Java development. Please suggest. All were in the Pune location except Accenture (Bangalore).

Got 4 offers but really confused to select. Please help.
