The peers and team leaders are very supportive, and Wipro benefits plan makes every employee to stay there. They care for employees and their families with their family insurance plans.

Dislikes

Apart from their benefits the upper level management sucks, there is no proper communication between floor management and HR department regarding employees work hours or overtime data. Employees including me suffered cause of not getting overtime incentives on time.
