The work environment in Wipro is like an ebb and flow. Somedays you are bogged with work and somedays you just chill around. The crowd around you is at best above average so it's easier to stand out from the crowd with your work. The benefits are decent. You either stay in Wipro for a short period or retire out of it.

Dislikes

Personally, I don't like the austere culture of Wipro. It's a no-frills company and doesn't go out it's way to spend on it's employees. It gives a very 'sarkaari' (Govt. office) vibe which is not aligned with my personality.
