Hybrid work and company culture is good and lot of opportunities to learn new skills.

Dislikes

No job openings for juniors,no good opportunity to switch roles and not receiving good rating even though we perform well,less salary hike percentage,and not easy to get promotions.

No work time u have to work till late night, no salary increment, only give u promotion not salary increment especially WGS account, they don't care about employees only they want work. They asked to work on weekends also and late night work need to do. No comp off no shift allowance. Usually learning and growth opportunities are very less. And recently they change free bench policy where you will recieve money only till 45 days ...after that you will stop receiving money.

The workculture and infrastructure will be quite good , provides access for many learning sites to boost up the skills and also to move in career. Internally work balance depends on the project assigned to. Good in providing hikes and promotions.Most of the officials/collegues will guide to acheive goal in heights.

Everything, no job security, no help from higher authorities. They will not help you get tagged to any projects no matters what you have learned how many tests you have cleared, you will still struggle to find a project there. WMG is jus there grabbing their salary and not helping employees in any matter.

Job security is the main fear here. Working environment also not friendly here always like tens full environment. I didn't know about other process but for my process in Kolkata it is the setuation. However it also stringent me eventually. These nagative things also helped me to discover new. So my gratitude for wipro will be always there. It helped me to take my career to next level.
