There is multiple hierarchy of managers and leads. Nobody even know what we are doing for clients. Some managers are so dumb that they doesn't even know who our clients are. Still they get to decide on our appraisals and promotions.

Everything from salary compensation to employees mental satisfaction, job satisfaction, apprisal, career growth, salary hike, bad hr policy ( policy are made only for namesake in reality they don't follow policy when it comes to employees benifits or employees talk wrt policy then don't accept their own policy but when company wantthey can tell you as per the company policy. One of the worst mnc I have ever worked and still working, they will not give you release prom project after completing your tenure, they will not give u opportunities to grow, literally telling one of the worst mnc just waiting for a good opportunities once received will leave....Read More

Hike percentage, reffered hike, there is no encouragement/credits for the work which we do Doesn't care about employees in bench. Even if projects aren't there they need you to get into a project or within 30 days you would be relieved from work

HRs won't cares about you are alive or dead. No help arrives on your need. No one responds if you raise a helpline ticket and wait for eternity. Even if you got good appreciation and award recommendations from client your promotion is based on certifications you pursue which is a reason to provoke your promotion. Salary hike is a joke.

Everyone is treated equally and respectfully which shows a great culture Job security is there as we have not seen anyone kicked out of company but the company might create circumstances where you leave on your own, by not promoting or not providing appraisal. Hybrid work culture is good anyone below manager level needs to come to office for 2 days in a week which really helps.

Salaries are below average, I have seen freshers working for 17k per month even if they get promoted after a year or two they would get a maximum increase of 20 percent which would make their fixed component somewhere near 21k which is really less in this time. Appraisals are always single digit ileven if you are a top performer youwould get nothing more than a 8 percent. Job security is the main fear here. Working environment also not friendly here always like tens full environment. I didn't know about other process but for my process in Kolkata it is the setuation. However it also stringent me eventually. These nagative things also helped me to discover new. So my gratitude for wipro will be always there. It helped me to take my career to next level.
