Lots of diplomatic politics and you will not be recognised. Mostly biased managers. Appraisal process is not correct as your appraisal will be taken care by practice but they don't know what you are doing

Huge scope to explore multiple learnings and projects.

Dislikes

Many important areas are still following huge complex processes. Example the process in travel, claims, progressions, appraisals, new onboardings, hirings, etc. Missing transparency in the process wherever monetary benefits involved. Very less salaries compared to other competitors., they cannot sustain with family if they are moving to onsite through deputation.

Everything related to HR is automated where there is no need for emails instead it is replaced with apps which makes easy to get things done.

Dislikes

No benefits for employees from organization end. Even broadband claims are not allowed, medical insurance is deducted from salary. No clarity on when you will get hike and what percentage. Variable pay is like nightmare where you will not understand the logic and rarely you get 100%. Overall it is clients friendly organization and not employee friendly organization.

Salary is being provided based on market value not based on the talent, skill, hard and smart work. I really felt bad working in Wipro due to unexpected evaluation processes. Need to focus driving on implemented policies instead of implementing new.

Oppertunites for overall growth the company gives and the trainings imparted to you from time to time. The social security benefits like Insurance etc which Wipro provides to its employees. The strict ethics and honesty practised by the company all along with zero tolerence for any deviation in ethics for business and employee behaviour

The politics played by senior personnel in favouring only those who appreciate and obey them wholeheartedly irrespective of any process .

Ample opportunities, undersranding but some times troubling colleafues, challenging projects. I got opportunity to work for different projects and learn lot. One of the best org to cross/upskill employees

I have worked in different accounts and honestly culture depends on your manager and for me one of the team had a great managers but then there was another team in which manager would bash out on you in front of all

There is no ethics from HR and higher management, which leads to wrong decisions. Giving in writing for GC filing, but not initiating. When complaining to higher management, everyone should wash their hands. No support for moving home county, even though the relocation was planned. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. All are lying with you all the time.

There is a culture of respect and trust from senior leaders and managers. Being respected is one of the most important thing for human beings in times of toxic work culture.

Dislikes

Bench Policy and Hybrid Policy is no more hybrid. Being pushed to come to office for 3/4 days and punishment for non compliance in terms of leave deduction being proposed.

Own infra. Amenities within campus.

Work culture. Unethically forcing employees to work overtime. Poor appraisal. Harrasment to people on bench by stopping salary. No motivational activity.
