If there was an option for zero star, I would have gone for it.

Dislikes

No job security, and compensation is minimum, some didn't even get it. The role for HR is to maintain a balanced decision between management and employees. There is a position for HR But there is nil. There were almost 100 employees before 2 months, now almost 30. For more search LinkedIn for previously worked employees.

Work Details

We have to work even if it is boring for our incentives, one day no mere warning you just lost your job. That's how working there is, when will be my turn.

Team was good.

Dislikes

Least employee friendly. Company policies change daily depending on the managements mood. Professionalism is a joke. HR gives false promises during joining. Encourages employees to develop strategies to lie to the customer.
