Nothing good in company to like. They hired people and later they found the position is not required. The say employee good bye without giving any opportunity to hear. Management and Country Manager is confused about the company vision , mission, purpose. They are the main culprits.

Although the plant is in Kuskera, Biwadi, there is a lot of traffic congestion, unreliable public transport and sometimes frequent power cuts, Vistony has a decentralized office in Gurgaon which is the best for me to meet with the sales and marketing team.
