I think that Vistony, being a new company in India in a constantly growing sector, offers me a very good oportunity for professional development. It is a company with operations in different countries worldwide and has plans to expand throughout India. The work environment is very good and I am treated with respect. I feel that the company cares about me.

Dislikes

The distances from where i live to the factory are long. Also, as it is a new company, more intensive work is required to make the brand known in the market. Even so, it has been very well received by customers.

There is nothing to like in this company and whatever is liked shown on online platform, it is done by the company management themselves.

No policy No system & No rules and regulations its like a Pan shop. they hire people for 6 months only and actually they didn't know how to run a company in india. if you want to distroy your carrier then you can join this. they called we are MNC and they seated senseless indian people at top management & this is the main reason that their products does not exists in Indian market.

Totally unprofessional, non formalise, just like salon who recruited for hair cut. Peruvian management is mean minded and so called director is like security guard who fill his pocket only by thought that Indian are fools. Unethical practice at peru end so not able to establish his plant after 10 yrs of manufacturing and Marketing brand listoil which is useless. Here oil is list without ant R & D and certificates.
