I think that Vistony, being a new company in India in a constantly growing sector, offers me a very good oportunity for professional development. It is a company with operations in different countries worldwide and has plans to expand throughout India. The work environment is very good and I am treated with respect. I feel that the company cares about me.

Dislikes

The distances from where i live to the factory are long. Also, as it is a new company, more intensive work is required to make the brand known in the market. Even so, it has been very well received by customers.

Nothing good in company to like. They hired people and later they found the position is not required. The say employee good bye without giving any opportunity to hear. Management and Country Manager is confused about the company vision , mission, purpose. They are the main culprits.

There is nothing to like in this company and whatever is liked shown on online platform, it is done by the company management themselves.

No policy No system & No rules and regulations its like a Pan shop. they hire people for 6 months only and actually they didn't know how to run a company in india. if you want to distroy your carrier then you can join this. they called we are MNC and they seated senseless indian people at top management & this is the main reason that their products does not exists in Indian market.
