I think that Vistony, being a new company in India in a constantly growing sector, offers me a very good oportunity for professional development. It is a company with operations in different countries worldwide and has plans to expand throughout India. The work environment is very good and I am treated with respect. I feel that the company cares about me.

Dislikes

The distances from where i live to the factory are long. Also, as it is a new company, more intensive work is required to make the brand known in the market. Even so, it has been very well received by customers.

Nothing good in company to like. They hired people and later they found the position is not required. The say employee good bye without giving any opportunity to hear. Management and Country Manager is confused about the company vision , mission, purpose. They are the main culprits.

Totally bad company to work. Nothing more to say.

Totally unprofessional, non formalise, just like salon who recruited for hair cut. Peruvian management is mean minded and so called director is like security guard who fill his pocket only by thought that Indian are fools. Unethical practice at peru end so not able to establish his plant after 10 yrs of manufacturing and Marketing brand listoil which is useless. Here oil is list without ant R & D and certificates. Although the plant is in Kuskera, Biwadi, there is a lot of traffic congestion, unreliable public transport and sometimes frequent power cuts, Vistony has a decentralized office in Gurgaon which is the best for me to meet with the sales and marketing team.
