Smart management and leaders who will decieve you. Drama queen HRs Lieing leaders and quadrangle people. Layoff once portco is sold. No pay parity, Highly uncertain pay. Poor benefits. Cocky CEO mentality is to come even when it's raining to office and become a hero so that he awards you with chai and samosa. One of the most disgusting place on Earth .

Teaches u how bad a workplace could be Every person in life goes through a difficult place in life and that could be Vearc.

I'm ashamed for joining Vearc and not joining a Better company. Or may be I must be ashamed for not being capable for moving to a better company than Vearc. the worst companies I have worked. The employee treatment is very bad. This is not a good place for IT employees. The mindset of leaders and management is totally different, They think like sales, operations or like bank managers, No technical mindset, not a technology company. U need to follow strict timings On top of that need to login when u go home and work on weekend and support the production. No complementary off. But they will praise u orally for supporting. No trust on employees. No additional benefit apart from salary. When fallen ill or during family emergency no support is provided, take leave or do loss of payment. More time is spent by management on micromanagement. Even if u need to go home 30 mins early, u must take lead permission. Extreme level of micromanagement. No basic term life benefits or parental. Poor leave policy. Salary hikes are not good, in the beginning they were , now once they hired lot of people hikes are below standards. Making employee work on weekends is a common practice here. No empathy for any employee Even if your ankle hurt you are forced to come to office. Even if you have critical condition you must come to office. No benefits apart from the salary Hikes are not upto the mark Working time is from 11 to 9 pm And need to attend midnight callsas well. Management is forcing employees to give good rating on glassdoor HRs only lie about the company None of the employees voice are heard Most of the workforce here are were laid off by some other company and hence they are here.
