Management is very egoistic. Does not respect the employees. Interfere in every part of working. Do not care for the employees. No humanity.....Director's are third class people.

Directors are very much self centric and does not care for the employees and they do not stick to their commitment. Directors are not trusted people.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
