Work-Life Balance is good, when you are not expecting a bigger package and all... Next important thing is Womanism, (UST value Woman more than Men).

Dislikes

"Salary" UST is not providing salary as per market trend (which enforces the resources to think differently). At least management should have that much TRUST, from a small office we have our own office with the income from Developers and Testers.

Work-Life balance is very good with UST. Sometime I need to sit late otherwise things are very good.

Likes

UST allowed all members to do work from home and made comfort zone for each everyone.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

Compensation revision and policy (not competitive when we compare with other organizations).

Salary - Poor

Work Details

As a men you need to struggle to compensate to achieve ladies falls and Feminism related issues.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Employee Benefits

Everything is good except on Compensation policy and Feminism (Not sure how the top management is expecting this Feminism policy makes UST in higher levels.
